if it deems it valid, presents it to all iNSQUARED shareholders, who vote for the investment.
Based on the result, the CDA proceeds with the negotiation of the investment and with the support of the Startup through specific skills.
We periodically monitor the projects in which we acquire stakes, requesting specific reports and contributing with additional capital to the best performing Startups.
We create value for our shareholders
managerial, entrepreneurial, and financial skills of individual members are placed at the service of the holding company, reducing the risk of loss of capital.
Our goal has never been speculation, but the creation of value for our shareholders in the medium to long term.
